“Great machines, we got exactly what we paid for. Being a relatively experienced rider, we had a blast with the terrain and the views. There were a couple spots that I questioned for what I assume many beginners or newbies might struggle with. Having read many other reviews, I notice everyone who offered low reviews either rolled or damaged their machine and lost their deposit. That's a ridiculous notion. You break it, you pay. If you can't afford to pay what you break by your inability to function the atv, then you likely shouldn't ride these trails. The v staff was great, helpful and friendly, the maps were perfect, and the machines were in great shape. We had a crazy good time. I'd totally recommend this experience to anyone. I would however, suggest to anyone who hasn't ridden before, to maybe hop on one before they opt to "learn" on these trails. They're not expert trails, but I could see a beginner maybe having trouble with the 10 story staircase section of the one trail. That child g et dicey with a brand new rider. I'll do this ride again, next time I'm in sedona and recommend to to any of my friends that ride.”

“My son and I did a half day on a Monday morn ing.We were almost alone on the trails. It was awesome. Son said the best birthday gift - so far. It was super easy to navigate yourself. They give you fool proof maps and live GPS tablet. Scenery was stunning and ride was fun. Technical parts were adventurous and be prepared for bumps and jolts. But nothing was beyond basic driving capabilities. Highly recommended.”

“What an INCREDIBLE experience! I rented the one-person ACE for four hours. I was a bit nervous because I've never gone offroading before, but the Sedona ATV staff was so helpful and also so excited for me! I loved their energy. They really do make it idiot-proof, with a GPS screen, laminated map, and photo book of turn by turn directions. Then I set off and man, what a ride! Some of it was gentle, some of it was intense. It was thrilling and exhilarating and terrifying - just an amazing adventure. Worth every penny.”

“After doing 4 hikes we decided we didn't feel like walking anymore. We stopped by Sedona ATV to rent one of the ATVs. At first we thought it was expensive but these machines are not cheap so it was whatever. They did have a $3,000 insurance hold on my credit card (that was released back on my card within 24 hours). The reviews here can scare you as most people that write the negative ones end up paying thousands of dollars. I don't know anyone who wants to throw money away. Now this rental is for pure enjoyment and a great way to see Sedona from a vehicle. If you are looking for a thrill you need to buy your own. We at points hit 70mph on the road, 40 mph on the gravel rock straight aways and usually 5-15mph on the track. I never felt this thing would tip or break in anyway by keeping it safe. If you are not comfortable with this stuff you should not rent these. If you crash this thing you should not be complaining about paying for it. You should be paying for damages and loss of sales. I rent out RVs so I know how these guys feel if you treat it with disrespect. We had such a great time. The staff was hilarious and super helpful. If I don't buy one soon I'd Def rent again from these guys when I visit Sedona next and I encourage you to as well if you want to have a little fun. Always wear your seat belt and helmet.... (not like us - we understand our risks and would not blame anyone else). YOU WILL GET VERY DIRTY NO MATTER WHAT SPEED YOU HIT.”

“We booked a six-person ATV for 4 hours and had a great experience. There were some forms to sign and a brief orientation on the route, use of a supplied GPS map tablet and operation of the ATV. The selected route included reaching Hopi ruins. Portions of the route are rigorous, but the ATV equipment was suitable for transporting the five in our group. We returned with time to spare but had enough time to have a nice view of the Sedona desert area. Bottles of cold water in a cooler were nice, and we had an opportunity to borrow helmets and goggles included with the fee. We had a nice experience and will consider renting again. There were no issues upon returning the ATV.”

“I can't say enough good things about our experience here. From start to finish the staff was helpful and friendly. They rent top of the line (brand new in our case) machines. I would have been miserable bouncing around in the back of one of those goofy pink jeeps, instead we had the best day of our trip tearing up the trails between one spectacular site after another. It's a little pricey, because IT'S WORTH IT! We will definitely be back, hopefully sooner than later. P.S. be sure to take the googles they offer you and a bandana or some other face protection for the dust. Enjoy!”

“Do yourself a favor and forget the pink Jeep tours and rent yourselves some ATVs. WAY better way of exploring and seeing the beauty of Sedona at your own pace. We had a few in our group who have mobility issues. They were very accommodating and helpful.”

“This was a great time, with very pleasant staff! If you're going through Sedona, consider stopping by here to rent a vehicle. They have quite a few to choose from, ATVs, side by side, and sling shots. We opted for the 4 hour side by side rental. They give you a map with a guide book to show you how to get onto the trails. Other options are full days, or longer tours up into the canyons.
They give you a phone with GPS so they can track your location, if you get lost they can guide you back. Although we didn't need this, the map was all we needed.
This gives you beautiful views, and plenty of excitement.”

“We did a 4 hour half day rental. There staff were all so pleasant and helpful. Their vehicles were new and in great condition. The office was clean. They have is a map asking with a book of pictures of landmarks to compare with where you were along the trails. Completely accurate and very helpful.
The trails were great. The scenery just breathtaking and just spectacular. Plenty of adrenalin producing drops and inclines to suit the adventurous spirit. We loved it. One of the greatest activities we've ever done on our vacations.

He wanted to see some of the amazing red rock views and he loves things that go fast and that can climb. We went to Sedona ATV & Buggy and met up with owners/operators Brian and Kate. There are no two better people in Sedona to assist in setting you up with things that go fast and easy to follow trail maps, satellite tables and trail guides to get you where you're looking to go. We rented these buggies for 4 hours and were able to do Broken Arrow, Schnebly Hill and Diamondback Gulch. We werent rushed, were able to take some fantastic photos and had the BEST time ever over the holiday thanks to Brian, Kate and Sedona ATV & Buggy. Dont rent these machines from anyone else in Sedona because there is no one else who can offer the safety, care and customer service like these folks! Thanks for the great ride and I certainly look forward to coming back again soon!”

“My wife and I were gifted a half day rental as a wedding present. We didn't know what to expect going into it. We had never rented OHV vehicles before. The staff was incredibly accommodating, they answered all of our questions, without talking down on us for not knowing. They provided a physical map, an electronic map on a tablet (was really helpful) and a turn by turn photo book. All of these tools gave us the freedom to enjoy our very new Polaris Razor. We will certainly be going back and recommending to anybody who is looking for an awesome red rock experience. The views were incredible and we got enjoy them in a way we would not have been able to without Sedona ATV Rental.”

“We had a great time with our ATV adventure. The trail is fairly bumpy at times but the ATV handles it extremely well. I even let my girlfriend drive for awhile (Scary). Our GPS didn't work but the maps came in handy and the trails have some markings along the way. We got to hit the hardball for a few miles and that was a nice change from the bumpy trail. Definitely take about an hour to explore the ruins. Helmets and goggles are provided, along with a few bottled waters, at no additional charge.”

“Sedona ATV and Buggy is the ONLY place you should rent from while in Sedona. Their staff is amazing and truly care about their clients experience and most of all, safety. I first connected with Velvet at their uptown location and she referred me to General Manager, Brian, at their West Sedona location. I connected with Brian at the shop the following day and he took the time to not only show me all of the ATVs, buggies and the Slingshot but also took the time to answer all of my questions. The Slingshot is something I've always wanted to try out so I went back today to try it out. I walked in the shop and was immediately greeted by Brian (who was with customers). He sent me over to Kate, who was an absolute delight to work with as well. She took my information and I was off in the Slingshot within 20 minutes. It was absolutely incredible. If you're just cruising around Sedona for the day, rent one of these things. $49/hour is so worth it.
Sedona ATV and Buggy is and will be my only go to moving forward. They have a passion for taking care of their guests and ensuring its more than a ride, they make it an experience. Thank you for the wonderful rental and ride today!!!”

“My wife and I truly enjoyed the rentals we had. Two Polaris 900 single seaters. The only complaint I really had were what seems like hidden costs when you register. I may have overlooked them when I was looking online but I didn't incur these same costs with a previous ATV rental company in Cali. I understand companies have their own policies and protections but I wish it would have been a little more upfront. First, we were required to get vehicle insurance that was not included in the rental cost. $15 per vehicle with a $5000 deductible. You could pay more to reduce your deductible. Wasn't really bothered by this kind of made sense. I got irked when I was asked about tire insurance in case I cut a tire. To me this shouldn't be something I should have to consider, potentially cutting tires comes with operating a vehicle of this type the company should assume this cost with my rental fee, I don't agree that I should have to insure the tires at $15 per vehicle or stand the possibility of paying '$300' per tire. All in all a great experience I would go back to them and highly recommend them just be aware for budgeting purposes.”

“In the parking lot , and once I was behind the steering wheel I discovered the Slingshot's transmission is manual! I only drive automatic. I was determined. Staff showed me how to use the clutch. Within few mins , I was on my way out of the parking lot like a boss. Going up a mountain was very tricky and speed-dialed the shop on the emergency line and they instructed me how to get back on track. Awesome staff, support and vehicle. And best of all I learned how to drive a manual car on a slingshot!”

“You can rent an ATV for nearly any size group (single through 4 people). Safety is key and the staff takes the time to go through safety instructions, ensure that everyone has glasses or a helmet. I recommend an ATV with a windshield. You WILL get dirty (especially if you are with a group). Wear a hat, sunscreen, perhaps even a light mask over your mouth/nose. They provide water coolers for each ATV. Many trail options with varying levels of difficulty. You can get lost. Use the map that they provide and do not drive on the highway with the ATVs!”
